Wine Dating Event with panache

A Wine Dating Event is both a nerve wracking and exciting time for those participating.

The venue that such an event is held in should be both romantic and intimate, but with lots of elements that spark exciting conversation!

I am Stephane Pois where I will run that special event at Boronia House in Mosman. A venue that embodies romance and I think would be perfect as Wine dating venue.

Boronia House is a heritage listed building that was built in 1885 and is the perfect example of federation architecture and with that alone the venue a bounds in conversation starters!

On the night Stephane Pois your host will give you an introduction to wine blind dating.

To start the wine blind date we will preselect your match. Please fill out the form, it’s free to register. All of your information will stay confidential.

You will be in a pair, and after each wine you will change seats but only if you wish.

After the white you will have 10 to 15 minutes break to socialise. A plate of food will be served and then for the red wine we will follow the same format.

During the night you will be invited to sample 4 Whites and 4 Reds from different Australian wine-growing regions.

What colour is the wine? How do we taste? How do we drink wine? How to match wines and food? How do we smell? What are faults in wines? Learn the secrets of the trade!
