On the night Stephane Pois your host will have an introduction of wine blind date.
To start wine blind date we will preselect your match, please fill up the form, it’s free to registered, all your information stay confidential.
You will be in pair, after each wine you will be changing seat, only if you wish.
After the white you will have 10 to 15 minutes break to socialise. Plate of food will be served. Than the red same format.
Want to find your match with panache through a glass of wine, Stephane pois your host will be delighted to guide you during the night.

During the night you will be invited to sample 4 Whites and 4 Reds from different Australian wine-growing regions.
What colour is the wine? How do we taste? How do we drink wine? How to match wines and food? How do we smell? What are faults in wines? Learn the secrets of the trade!
You will also be able to comment on the structure of a wine, balance, acidity, tannin 3 Different platters will be served from "Le Pain Quotidien" with an assortment of organic breads.
