HUNTER VALLEY SPARKLING CLASSESIn Hunter Valley our sparkling wines classes are held regularly at Pierre’s with Peter Went and Stephane Pois ,on last Saturday of each month. The essence of this wine appreciation evening is to encapsulated within four words... Fun, Friends, Love, Passion.
We will discover the complexities of the traditional method(where a secondary fermentation take place in the bottle).We will look at different styles of sparkling wines. We will talk about the different regions, grape varieties and styles. We will explore what food matches the wines.
